Sales Engineer

Responsibilities and authority

Blue Logic has an extensive range of subsea products, both bespoke special solutions and standardized products produced in large quantity and delivered directly from stock. The product range includes hydraulic connectors, such as traditional hot stabs and the patented Blue Logic Valve Stab, a wide variety of hydraulic components and valves ranging from small ¼" check valves to large 4" full bore surplus valves and complex fail safe auto release systems. Mechanical interfaces, ROV panels, electrical intervention tooling and inductive subsea connectors (Subsea USB) are also included in the portfolio. 

Sales Engineer will work actively and continuously with sale and rental of these products, which will include continuous customer/client contact and will also require travelling. The Sales Engineer will report to and cooperate closely with the Sales Manager.

Background, experience and knowledge base
  • Experience from operational sales, preferably to the subsea industry/marked
  • Competence and experience with sales and marketing in general
  • Ability and interest to clearly express oneself in writing
  • General technical interest

Competency and Education
  • Relevant commercial/technical education, preferably MBA, MSc. or B.Sc. degree, but experience/courses might compensate formal education
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both oral and written
