New Chairman of the Board

Rasmus has more than 30 years of experience from a variety of global executive and chairman positions – predominantly oil, gas and power be it emerging or mature markets, JV’s, M&A/restructurings and/or Private Equity. Worked for TechnipFMC / Forsys Subsea / FMC Technologies (~ 10 years) and Aibel/Vetco/ABB (~ 20 years).  Among others, global head of Win It (Sales, Business Development) and Service at TechnipFMC, CEO of Forsys Subsea, Head of Subsea in Eastern Region (Europe, Russia, Caspian, Africa) in FMC Technologies, CEO of Aibel Group and President of ABB Offshore Systems. Former Chairman of Sintef Group and Federation of Norwegian Industries (Norsk Industri).
 
Graduated from the Global Business Consortium, Executive Education Program, 1997-1998. at London Business School. Further, he holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, US, and an MSc in Business from BI Norwegian Business School.
